“I joined as a fresher at CG-VAK with lot of hesitations because i had a hang of how companies will treat a MBA fresher. But to my shock i was given all responsibilities within a short period and they believed that i will do it with at most confidence. That in fact increased my confidence. I was surprised when i was given the responsibility to handle company presentation to freshers just in a weeks time. From this point, there was no looking back. CG-VAK valued/respected my views and also implemented right ones. My suggestions were considered on every decision taken in the department.
